Refund Policy
GENERAL POLICY
We are happy to offer store credit, exchanges, or refunds for all original-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original condition, with all original tags attached within 14 days after delivery.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All SALE items are FINAL SALE – no returns, no exchanges. This includes End of Season, Black Friday, and Clearance items, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the wrong size or style was received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESSING
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the delivery cost of exchanges. Returns take 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Once received, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Delivery charges are only refundable if the merchandise is deemed faulty. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed for damaged items.
